Since I’m new to this scene, I’m actively seeking ways to connect with the book blogger community. This morning I stumbled across a weekly challenge, #FridayBookShare, created by Shelley Wilson.
For my first #FridayBookShare, I’d like to draw your attention to “Closed Casket” by Sophie Hannah, the second installment in the New Hercule Poirot series (inspired by Agatha Christie’s Belgian detective and his “little grey cells.”)

Lady Playford’s announcement that she is leaving her entire estate to her terminally-ill secretary, Joseph Scotcher, shocks everyone – not least of all this reader.

Nice challenge! 🙂 I love the cover for this book, it’s so mysterious and the colors are great. I might take a look at it once I have read a few of Christie’s books in English!
